And so the journaling begins!! A whole month of owning this website already, and it really feels like a lot has been done with it already! Been a crazy hectic month with moving back into my dorm and starting school, and took a bit to adjust to being both creative and tired all the time. Luckily I been able to continue drawing and even preparing myself to dive back into painting with acrylics, which I'm really excited about!
I been sticking hard to the goal I set for myself to keep pushing my art and learn to do new things, which includes backgrounds, using textures, drawing in perspectives and painting! Color theory is still a huge work in progress but the more I mix paint for my traditional art it will improve, so I just have to keep chugging along.
Other than my art I finally picked up reading again after barely even looking at a book all summer, finishing Stephen Kings' The Long Walk in just a few days. Also greatly been enjoying watching through all the Spider-Man movies in August, but I will most likely try to catch up to more of the series I put on hold in September.
